The Work and Play Cafe is a special needs resource center providing a central location for therapy, gatherings, and information. Think of us as a hub for the special needs community. Having a resource center simplifies access to things needed to care for someone with developmental disabilities, which is desperately needed in an often complicated life with a child with special needs.

February 6, 2023 - Monday - Women's Support Group : UCC Women’s Support Group is a peer-led support group for any woman with a loved one who is a caregiver of someone with developmental disabilities.
February 10, 2023 - Friday - Soft Grand Opening : A chance for the public to see the special needs resource center and meet the founders. Ask questions, eat a few goodies and meet the team.
February 11, 2023 - Saturday - Valentine's Day Sweet & Sour Dance Party : Red is for sour and pink is for sweet ~ or maybe you are a little bit of both? Dress up in red and / or pink for a dance party of epic proportions!
February 12, 2023 - Sunday - Not-cho Typical Moms' Night Out : Bring your favorite nacho topping or dip to the Work and Play Cafe. We will provide the chips, music and hopefully a few laughs.
February 13, 2023 - Monday - Women's Support Group : UCC Women’s Support Group is a peer-led support group for any woman with a loved one who is a caregiver of someone with developmental disabilities.
